The usual time it takes to get a PCV provisional licence to be sent to you is around three weeks
Arrange a medical at your doctors before sending your application form to the DVLA
These are included in your starter pack from Driver Training Centre
Category D, this will include the sub category D1
PCV Multiple choice, hazard perception + PCV Case Studies (Module 2)
All the material you need for studying will be provided on line through the driver training centre website. (This is included free of charge in your package)

Usually at local DSA theory test centre
We will fast track you for your practical training lessons. These lessons can be taken in 4 or 8 hourly sessions
The test is booked with the DSA so we cannot guarantee the date of the test, we will endeavour to book your test as close to the training as possible
No, you will have to take your CPC module 4 test before you can drive professionally

35 hours of Periodic Training is now required by all LGV & PCV drivers every five years to continue driving professionally.

Medical required for LGV or PCV licence application.

These may be available from your own doctor who are now reluctant to do, or make an appointment with us, this is £50.00 for first provisional and are held weekly.

We hold large stocks of forms D2 and D4 required.

You can book and pay for your course in advance if required, you will then get FREE admission to our online Theory Test facility, which will give you all the questions and answers required and will prepare you for the theory tests in advance, whilst waiting for your licence to be issued by DVLA.
